Processing Time

• In-Stock Items: 1-2 business days
• Custom/Made-to-Order: 2-4 weeks
• Engraving Services: Additional 3-5 business days

Shipping Details

• All orders are shipped via insured, signature-required delivery
  
• You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships
• We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
• PO Box addresses are not accepted for jewelry shipments

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your jewelry, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

• Items must be in original, unworn condition
• All original packaging, tags, and certificates must be included
• Custom and personalized items are final sale (unless defective)
• Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery date

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us: Email thecalijewels@gmail.com with your order number
2. Receive Authorization: We'll provide a return authorization number and prepaid shipping label
3. Package Securely: Use original packaging and include all items
4. Ship Back: Use the prepaid label we provide (insured and trackable)
5. Processing: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Exchange Policy

Need a different size or style? We offer free exchanges within 7 days:

• Same item, different size: Free exchange
• Different item of equal value: Free exchange
• Different item of higher value: Pay the difference
• Different item of lower value: Receive store credit for difference

Custom Jewelry

• Custom pieces are final sale unless there's a manufacturing defect
• We provide detailed renderings for approval before production
• Minor adjustments included in custom design fee
